Magical Memories, a scrapbook store serving the Connecticut shoreline, is hoping to raise $2,500 for the Shoreline Soup Kitchen & Pantries through the sale of royal blue wristbands similar to those made popular by Lance Armstrong’s Livestrong campaign for the Lance Armstrong Foundation.
Old Saybrook, CT (PRWEB) June 3, 2005 -- Magical Memories, a scrapbook store serving the Connecticut shoreline, is hoping to raise $2,500 for the Shoreline Soup Kitchen & Pantries through the sale of royal blue wristbands similar to those made popular by Lance Armstrong’s Livestrong campaign for the Lance Armstrong Foundation.
The Royal Blue bracelets bear the words FOOD & FELLOWSHIP on one side and MAGICAL MEMORIES on the other side. The bracelets may be purchased at Magical Memories for $3.00 each. Proceeds from the sale of the bracelets will be sent to the Shoreline Soup Kitchen to fund their programs.
The Shoreline Soup Kitchen & Pantries mission is to provide food and fellowship to those in need living on the shoreline. Founded in 1989 at the Baptist Church in Essex, CT, the agency continues in its mission to feed the hungry in body and spirit. The Shoreline Soup Kitchen & Pantries offers food and fellowship to the communities of Chester, Clinton, Deep River, East Lyme, Essex, Killingworth, Lyme, Madison, Old Lyme, Old Saybrook and Westbrook.
